We use an external booking engine Supercontrol to ensure the security of your information throughout the booking process, all payment information is input on their secure system using a company called Holiday Rent Payment.

We use external operators to manage our email marketing communication but they do not disclose our mailing list to any other party.

HolidayRentalPayment are our payment processor for all card payments. Their Privacy policy can be found on their website. All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy which you will find on their website.

We use Google Analytics and other monitoring software on our site to help us understand how guests use the website. This enables us to identify any problems in using the website and generally improve on our service. Your name, address, telephone number, email address and payment details when you make a booking on our booking engine run on our behalf by Supercontrol. Your name, address, telephone number, email address when you complete our online contact form or send us an enquiry by other means.

We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although these are optional.

We retain information from bookings or enquiries unless you ask us to delete the information.
